United States of America and its North Atlantic Treaty Organization Allies officially impeach China of Microsoft Telephone exchange Server hack

The charges aren't related to the Microsoft Interchange Server hacks, just rather "a multiyear take the field targeting overseas governments and entities in key sectors, including maritime, aviation, defense, education, and healthcare in a least a dozen countries" that took place from 2011 to 2018.
The UK, European Union, and Canada issued parallel statements condemning the Microsoft Host Exchange taxicab and other cyber-espionage efforts. NATO, the NATO, as wel issued a statement condemning "malicious cyber activities," although it took a somewhat more circumspect approach and did not taper the finger at PRC directly.

Taiwan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has non yet responded to the accusation, but the state-run Xinhua Word Agency delineated the claims as "absurd" on Twitter:
